I wonder which uses more energy, fireplace DVD played on a big screen TV, or the actual fireplace.
Instead of just a fireplace, this one goes above and beyond the call of duty and have fish tank and lava float in addition to fireplace alone. :D

Fireplace
So last year we moved into our new house with a gas fireplace, which I thought was awesome because in California there are actually days so bad you are not allowed to use your wood burning fireplace. Plus you can turn a gas fireplace on and off on demand instead of waiting for the wood to burn out. Ugh, well, the first month we went overboard and incurred a gas bill of $200. >_<
